"Great staff and cleanliness. Sadly our bathroom fan/vent did not work. Foggy after shower, if you are into that. AC/Heater all worked great. Central location was excellent. Able to walk 30 minutes east practically straight to the bean. Straight walk west 30 minute to United Center from hotel."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and the overall stay was easy and great for a very tired traveler. The rooms were okay. You could hear everything in the hallways in each room you passed, but once in the room it was a little quieter. You can hear the freeway and if cars go by that are loud, you definitely hear them. If you’re a good sleeper though, it’s not too much of a problem. If you are a really light sleeper, there’s a good amount of ambient noise. Especially the A/C unit in the room. Thankfully I didn’t need mine on. I shut it off completely because it was so loud. The room was great for the one night I stayed. The restaurant downstairs was really nice to have available. The service at dinner was really great. At breakfast, it was not so much. The hours of the little cafe were great since I am an early riser. They opened at 5:30 AM. Lastly, the shuttle for the airport was such a great thing to have. Overall, it was a good stay and thankful things went so well."
