"The property is conveniently located at the far end of the Highlands neighborhood - highly walkable. I appreciated the convenience stores directly across the street, along with the free on-site parking, something that provides peace of mind after a long day of travel. The property is a no frills, business type hotel. It’s well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly & accommodating, happily allowing a late checkout upon my request. If one is traveling to Denver and looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay, I recommend this property."

"We were not expecting a whole lot from this place. It was perfect for one night to be able to park and walk to Empower Field at Milehigh Stadium and stay for the night. The beds and linens were clean as was the shower and sink. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast items were mini muffins, toast, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, and juices. If you are looking for more than a place to crash you will be sorely disappointed."

"The Lumber Barron is a true treat! Beautiful Property inside and out, great location, luxury meets haunted house vibes. The Inn Keeper Joel was helpful and available, really catering to us and making our stay special. The room was clean and comfortable and beautiful! Delicious made to order breakfast served in the classic breakfast nook was a particular treat. Can’t say enough about this special stay. We will definitely be back."
