"Close to downtown and the football stadium without a downtown price. Co-branded with Budget Inn, so don't expect an upscale boutique place at a discount because it's not football season; that's just the price. There was furniture piled up in the parking lot both times I stayed there, but my rooms were clean. The pool was closed the whole time (in July) and the gym was nothing to brag about. There were a few homeless people roaming the neighborhood, but that's just what downtown Denver is like."

"Room was clean but very small. location was ideal. There are no facilities here and no gym nearby (drove 15 minutes to YMCA). There are great restaurants nearby."

"Good location, active area. Easy Uber downtown. Available on-site parking. Clean and pleasant facility with kitchen and utility. No staff on site except house-keeping at checkout. Excellent bakery on ground floor."
Budget Inn Denver Downtown

"We were not expecting a whole lot from this place. It was perfect for one night to be able to park and walk to Empower Field at Milehigh Stadium and stay for the night. The beds and linens were clean as was the shower and sink. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast items were mini muffins, toast, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, and juices. If you are looking for more than a place to crash you will be sorely disappointed."
