Was amazing from the first step in. Everything was first class from the check in to the views. Room was spacious with a welcoming atomospher. The locarion is perfect, a quick walk across the street and you have endless food, drink, and a show. Cant wait for the next stay!

Upon arrival I was told there was no reservations in my name. I had booked 2 rooms through Expedia. I was told they had no rooms available. After going back and forth I finally called Expedia and was given 2 confirmation #s.

Came back from the NYE show to find power out. Staff at door explaining situation. (started 2019 with 4 story stair climb!) Adequate lights and outlets on back-up allowed guests to function. Breakfast delayed, but time added at end to make it up!!

You do not allow me to share disappointment with the booking. The hotel did not get the res and the wrong room type was on my res confirmation email. I had to get another room and.put it on my cc. No ph # for Expedia for customer service in email.
