"Worth every dollar. One of the most walkable hotels I've stayed at. If I am back in the DC area, this is the hotel that I will be staying at for sure."

"The location on king street is good, and very close to the metro. The waterfront is a significant walk. The hotel has an old feel, you notice it in the bathroom for example where the shower is over a tub and there is very little room for your feet because of the curvature, giving it a claustrophobic feel. The tub had some rust spots showing through. Our room had one very small window, which also contributed to the claustrophobic feel. The room lighting was inadequate, some dark spots. Overall just ok. Frankly there are better choices in town for the money, we know from past experience."
