Everything was pretty self served. One downside every night usually there is a bit of a line up at the lobby to take the elevator back to the room. Also if you needed any type of luggage service in the morning better go early or else there is also a big lineup to get helped.

I was assigned to 2 rooms on the 7th floor and both rooms were very loud from the train passing every few minutes that it drove me crazy.
