“Convient and nice pl”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the least enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room appeared old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The pillowcases looked worn and stained, the carpet felt dirty, and several of the bed linens were torn. The bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower had visible rust, and the water never became more than lukewarm. Sleep was also difficult because the blackout curtains did not properly cover the window, allowing bright outdoor lights to shine into the...

“Everything is good. Near the restaurants, Walmart! It was very comfortable.”

“we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again”

“Very clean and convenient location for the start and end of our Riverboat Twilight cruise. The breakfast was pretty good, too! I left my kindle in the room and we were too far away to turn around when I realized it, but they mailed it to me! Very helpful and friendly staff!”

“Nice little Hotel. I normally stay IHG, but the Holiday Inn in Clinton does not allow pets. Booked here, not knowing what I was gonna find, but I was pleasantly surprised!!! I was able to get a room that had a whole separate bedroom from the living area, which is a must when you have a dog, that will bark at the wind. Keeps them away from the front entry and all the noises. TVs could use an upgrade, but the internet was good...if you are a gamer. Would stay here again with no hesitation!!! Oh...

“Breakfast menu was small and my room didn't face the lake”

“We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated. The paint, fixtures, bed, etc all seemed to have been done recently. There were however a few things that were missing, There was an ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer though it was mentioned as an amenity, and a light bulb was missing from the vanity light fixture. “We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!”

“All was good - weight room Could use some weights”

“There was mold, rust, nothing was clean at all. Sheets had stains. The sink moved and was dirty. We requested to move due to these issues and were accomodated but found the same maybe slightly cleaner. This made me question why we got a dirtier one first. Seems the owning family lives and works there so I'm sure the only decent rooms are theirs. Breakfast was not worth even offering and not refilled so if you dont come right away you will not get what little they do offer. Waffle maker broken....

“The first room I checked into smells so strong of urine I had to ask for another room. The second room add water running from the plumbing in the bathroom sink all over my feet.”

“Drive by this motel, don’t even look at it. Even though the room is “cleanish” I don’t think floor in our room was wet mopped. The bottom of my feet were dirty after walking around in the room for a couple of hours. The place is old, the walls are thin so noisy neighbors are irritating. The complementary breakfast was,meh.”
