“From the seamless online check-in and check-out process, I already had a great first impression. The front desk staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They should take new photo bc room and hotels looks a lot better than the pictures they posted. And we know that's very rare. As a mom traveling with a child who is extremely sensitive to cleanliness, I can say this with confidence: trust me — the room and bathroom were cleaner than many 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in Canada....
