“This is a beautiful property. Room was very clean. The view of the bay from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with made to order eggs and pumpkin pancakes or French toast. We will definitely return to this location.”

“Our only complaint is that on Tuesday morning there was no place nearby to get breakfast. The hotel had good coffee, but nothing else. There is a restaurant close by but its not open on Tuesdays. We asked the front desk about breakfast and all he said was we'll probably find something open in Damariscotta, way back by Route 1. The hotel could have supplied bagels, donuts, etc. on Tuesdays knowing the restaurant nearby was closed. We did find a diner on our way to Damariscotta but it was...

“Everything was good. The ocean front with the chairs and fire pit was really nice and the restaurant has really good food. The only thing I would complain about is that the bed frame for the room is too big, not enough room to get around our shins and toes took a beating”

“Great location. Friendly staff Comfortable accommodations”

“Nice place - great for sunsets and access to the town over the footbridge.”

“Great for relaxation, with piece and quite, non-invasive.”

“Breakfast was great- the rooms where clean and there were a lot of details taken care of.”

“This is a GREAT place right on the water and walking distance to everything. Staff was helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean and we had a nice big balcony. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“Loved it! We had the 3 bedroom suite, it was well set up, lots of space, immaculately put together. We needed a late check in and an early check out and Steve, made everything work for us. I highly recommend it! Definitely would stay there again!”

“This gem of an inn is exactly what you want when traveling. They are doing everything right! The accommodations were roomy and comfortable. Really nice common area for meeting other guest and relaxing. Kitchen with plenty of options for breakfast or and afternoon snack. And the view was spectacular! We would absolutely return.”

“Decent stay overall but the fact that check in is from 4-7 but they close the office at 5 is very inconvenient”

“The inn is in an old historic building, with lots of original character. Fantastic to have parking. Great location, short walk to town. We stayed in the Victory room on the first floor. Very spacious, clean and nice bedding on comfy bed. Shower was nice and hot and good water pressure. Things to know: We had a window AC but no thermostat to control heat (fortunately we had ideal weather). We were next to a restaurant in the building so had to keep curtains closed as people were walking...
