“On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“We had an amazing stay as a family booking four rooms. The rooms were clean, great bathrooms and the pub and restaurant were wonderful. Staff very accommodating and great breakfast. ”

“The hosts treat you like family. I dat infront of the fire sipping homemade wine. An absolute gem of a place. Definitely stay there again. The history of the house is incredible and it is unusual and not the normal guest house. However that is why ypu choose there because it is different ”
