โWonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. I was unhappy that the window could not be fully opened due safety regulations. As the week was very hot outside the room could not be vented with fresh air. But the hotel provided an electric vent. โWhat an absolutely amazing place to stay! Took our 3 young girls here to stay for a couple of days away and this place was perfect for a family of 5! It is so beautiful and spacious! The staff are incredible and so good with children so accommodating and chatty which our girls loved telling them all about their days out to Alton towers and Chester zoo.
Not far from Chester Zoo and not too far from Alton Towers a bit further away. However, just an incredible stay away.

โTravelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ...
