"The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to me. The room felt a little small but the bed was big and comfortable so it balanced out. Bathroom was clean with complimentary toiletries, water temperature was great and hot after long days of exploring. The view from my room had a nice gaze of the manhattan bridge and local Chinatown. The location serves great for exploring the neighborhood as well as getting around to uptown or brooklyn via subway nearby. I thank the hotel staff for being helpful and accommodating and I will definitely be coming back."

"The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was kept very clean and the room was good. The only problem were the elevators- for the entire 40+ floors, there were only three small elevators that only worked about half the time. Other than that, the hotel was good. If you are looking to stay with family of 3 or 4 members then suggest a different place. Good for business and office visits. "

"The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to great areas and multiple subway stops. Check in and out was seamless. The room was very small, perhaps a little tight for two people but manageable with a comfortable bed and cute little shower. It was loud at night due to being directly on bowery, which is the only issue - but if you have earplugs and tire yourself out, it shouldn’t be an issue."

"Beautiful hotel overall, not your ordinary room, class and attention to detail. The roof top is 10/10, one of the best in the city and in the evening, you can tell by how busy it is and the line to get up. Guest have VIP access to the Basement Club/bar venue, no wait. Line is always long, including access to roof top no matter what, no wait. Staff is friendly and timely; the food options and bar are top notch. Best part is you are in arguably the best part of the city, we were able to walk to everything, and subways are close for airport. One of my best hotel experiences by far. Location location location! I will return"
