"Dawn at the front desk was a dream! I’ve never met a nicer and more accommodating person before. She knew we were a bit nervous of our room not being ready or not being in the right place, and she ensured it was ready for us and the right room and she greeted us with open arms. Made us feel so welcome. Gave us restaurant recommendations. Thank you, Dawn, this hotel is lucky to have you."
