โWe have stayed at the Historic Cary House for many years while visiting wine country near Placerville. It is very convenient and walkable to Main Street restaurants and to regional wineries. The hotel is clean and quiet. The front desk manager is very helpful.โ
โI loved everything about this place and did not want to leave (stayed until checkout time). My roomโs (Arbor) door/wall was a sliding glass door with key lock. The room is right above the beachy backyard/pool and had an amazing full view of a forested valley. The 10ish stairs up to door are narrow and kinda steep. Large bathroom, TV, great AC, mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, iron/board, comfy chairs, folding tables. Slept really well both nights. Breakfast (2 for 2 nights) were served right at...
โThe convenience of being able to walk right across the parking lot to brookfield's restaurant. There was a problem with the bathtub faucet and the young man at the desk sent the maintenance person up right away. In less than 15 minutes he had the problem resolved. Everyone was very friendly. Would stay again.โ
โEden Vale is a hidden gem! We accidentally stumbled across the Inn while looking for accommodations close to Roseville. The location is closer to Placerville, but not far from Roseville. Small and quaint, the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was beautiful and we even had an outdoor tub (private). We will definitely be back when we visit the area! โ
โVery friendly staff, big smiles! After driving 8 hours into town, all we wanted was sleep. Iโll tell you, as soon as our heads hit the pillow, we were out! I donโt know what that bed was made of but I had THE BEST sleep I have had in forever! Plus Wienerschnitzel is right next door! โ
