"Had an exellent time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was so polite at all times. Angel and Aciel took very good care of us during our stay. I loved how close this hotel is from quinta avenida, and how celebrated my husband felt during our stay. The only down side of this was that I requested a taxi to go back to the Cancun airport. Unfortunately, I was dropped off at the wrong terminal, which put us in a stressful situation. Then, had to pay $1,000 pesos for a taxi at the airport to take us to the correct terminal. Other than that, the trip was amazing! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Posada Siam Kaan. After a long travel day, followed by a long walk across town (and being offered every service and “item” under the sun), our arrival at the hotel was met with a sigh of relief. Despite being only half a block from Quinta Ave, the interior grounds are a welcome and tranquil oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. Staff are unbelievably sweet and friendly, there’s a lovely little quasi-cenote, beautiful trees and the sounds of birds in the morning. Water is available on-site, as well as a small pool. The room is spacious and comfortable, a nice shower, and good AC. No means of heating water/coffee in the room, a kettle would not go amiss. We would love to stay at this location again, if the winds of chance ever blew us back to Playa del Carmen…"
