“Hi, No Elevator in this Hotel. They were kind to carry our luggages up and down if we ask hotel people.Hotel room fragrance smell were too strong. Breakfast was good except for coffee. Thanks.”

“호텔직원분 들이 참 친절하십니다. 스쿠터를 렌트했는데, 무료로 주차장을 이용하게 해주시고, 들고 날 때마다 문을 열어주십니다. 아침식사도 매우 훌륭합니다. 위치도 시프로역 바로 옆이라 시내 나가기 좋습니다. 단지 방이 좀 좁은데, 제가 제일 저렴한 방으로 해서 그런 것 같아서, 가격차이도 별로 안 크니까 다음에는 쥬니어 스윗으로 예약하려고 합니다. 매우 추천하는 숙소입니다.”

“On arrival the staff were waiting and very helpful. Was slightly concerned with area having alot of Graffiti. But every restaurant local was amazing. The staff were so helpful we ordered taxi's each morning from reception only waiting 5 minutes. Wherever we headed Coloseum Vatican City Trevi Fountain .All only 15 minutes in the taxi's. Again thank you for our wonderful stay. We loved Rome!!”

“The location is very convenient, especially for airport access. However, as soon as I entered the room, I found two very large cockroaches, which was quite shocking. I called the front desk and they did change my room, but there was no apology, and their reaction made it seem like this was a common issue.
