"The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. "

"The room was located and a great part of Old San Juan, off quite street so noise in the evening was not high but walking distance to several great restaurants, bars and shops. Able to walk down to harbor and other points of interest. Room was clean for an apartment and enjoyed patio we had as part of the room."

"Did not see any notice about the hotel, not having an elevator until after Booking. As a senior couple with luggage for an international trip, we had to leave our large bags in the lobby. There was no provision for locking them up, just a staff member saying they would keep an eye on things. The floors in the room of this over property were dirty and did not seem to have been mopped. The worst part, is that our second floor room was a top and next to a street level restaurant and bar that was the source of noise until 1 AM. Just the location of the property in the surrounding neighborhoods in the old town. Don’t book there if you are looking for a good nights sleep after a long day of travel."
