"I stay here every year and it never disappoints. However, I have one complaint as this was my first stay where we had to use the sofa bed. For rooms with one bed and says it sleeps 3 people, you need to use the sofa bed which would have been fine if it was comfortable to sleep in. I have never slept on something so uncomfortable in my life! It was literally rock hard I woke up aching and cracking every morning it was not enjoyable at alll! This place makes hella money the least they could is upgrade their sofa beds. It was awful. I’m never doing that again I will definitely be getting 2 beds next time. Also, I don’t think it’s fair you pay all this money to stay there and they charge $120 of you want to check in early. If a room is available then it’s available, why do we need to pay extra? Idk just weird to me. Other than that, we always enjoy our stay here."

"Breathtaking views—that’s honestly what saved our first impression when we walked into the room. When you arrive at the hotel, the grand entrance, beautiful palm trees, and incredible views immediately create high expectations. Unfortunately, once we entered the room, our first thought was, “Is this really what we paid for?” For the price point, I really think management should invest in updating the rooms. They feel very dated, there was a strong musty smell, the carpet did not feel particularly clean, and the beds were extremely low. Unfortunately, both the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The shower design was another major issue. Water splashed all over the bathroom, so we had to request a shower curtain. The initial solution offered was to provide extra towels every day. While we appreciated the offer, I certainly didn’t want to spend my week drying the bathroom floor twice a day. Thankfully, they eventually accommodated our request for a curtain. That said, there were definitely some highlights. The customer service was good overall, the brunch at Ventanas was excellent, and we really enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere at Palomino and around the pool areas. The views, atmosphere, and service are great, but the rooms really need an update to match the experience and price point. With some investment in the accommodations, this could be a truly outstanding hotel."

"The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because our shower kept stopping up. Also, the temper glass door bursted and cut my husband. Not bad, but it could’ve been worst. Other than that, I actually love La Concha. That was my second time staying and it did not disappoint."

"This resort was amazing!! I stayed 7 days with my sons. Breakfast was one of the main reasons why we booked and it didn’t disappoint. There was a variety of options available. Pool area is breathtaking and the beach is just a steps away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds offer many activities within walking distance. There’s a lot of restaurants, bars and shops right on the main road. We loved it and would stay there again. Anything that was not great about this places is not enough to even mention."
