Ilana was especially welcoming and friendly, had a small issue and she immediately went above and beyond to assist. Will be staying here every time we come to Seattle. "

"It is only 3 minutes walk to the Climate Pledge Area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has been updated and looks modern. There're self-serve water and coffee at the lobby. The fridge is not cold. I wouldn't store yogurt or milk there."
