โThis hotel was very nice and clean. It has a gothic vibe which we loved! So different from the Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels!
We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. I did not see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered and inquired with the staff in advance. It was located some 500m from downtown so it was a nice walk without being disruptive and far enough to not hear the noise at night. There is no on site parking but a reserved parking 2 blocks down,...
โJust a quick overnight with hubby... great staff, clean room, good breakfast. We loved the location and how easy it was to park and walk to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful.โ
โI liked the floors in the rooms & no carpet. Much cleaner. The TV had decent channels that I didnโt have to subscribe to in order to watch something. Great location for us to get to places easily. Food, laundromat close by, a movie theater & shopping. Very friendly, helpful staff! ๐คโ
โCheck-in went very well. Your front desk representative provided excellent service and we thank her.
Loved cleanliness of the room.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious. โ
โThe accommodation was a little far from Kingston Downtown,
It was great in every way.
Breakfast was really delicious.
The accommodation was clean and tidy.
It was good to park in front of and behind the hotel.
It was easy to find a hotel.
The hotel staff were friendly.
However, if there's anything to be desired, it would be nice if the hotel had slippers.
There's a little noise between floors. The sound of walking upstairs is pounding.โ
โThe hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at allโtruly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing.

โWe had a really comfortable stay at the Green Acres Inn. My husband and I were traveling with our daughter. Staff were friendly and accommodating, bringing a cot to the room for her. I loved being able to park at the room and the bed was comfortable and clean. The property is older and not particularly fashionable, but we felt cozy and safe and had a great sleep. Will visit again when in Kingston.โ

Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging from the wall, creating a messy and unsafe appearance. The coffee machine was dirty, and the supposedly new disposable cups had coffee stains on them, which was shocking. It seemed clear that the cleaning standards were extremely poor. On top of that, the room was poorly soundproofed, and I could hear conversations from both the hallway and the neighboring rooms, leaving me unable to escape the noise.
