“One staff member was outstanding and vert helpful, she was a delight. The room was clean upon arrival but you don't receive room service daily unless you ask and you don't receive clean towels daily without asking. My original room did not have a working door lock and had to repack and move into another room, they did not respond when first reported.”

“I was able to have a pleasant rest with the excellent facilities and the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of the room was very good and the breakfast was satisfactory.”

“The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The view was a bit disappointing, but it was very convenient to have grocery stores and restaurants nearby.”

“Everything thing about our stay was great from Check in to check out and the staff were all great!”

“Everything was perfect.”

“Very beautiful garden. Beautiful lodge.”

“We try and only stay there. Also Breakfast is second to none!”

“The property is extremely well maintained and clean. There's a happy hour with 2 complimentary cocktails and snacks. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area and look for embassy suites when booking future hotels.”

“This was a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Don’t worry about staying here and not Charleston. It was an easy drive and was actually nice to have Mount Pleasant as an option to go eat, etc. when we needed a break from parking stress of Charleston.”

“The staff was very hospitable. Would stay there again”
