"Yes ,they didn't have hot water, the room was small. "

"Great location near Rockefeller center. Room was basic but enough space for one person and clean. No fridge, coffee, or microwave in room. The room I was in was between the two elevators, so I can hear people coming in and out. My laptop blocked the hotel WiFi for security reasons, so keep that in mind if you want to work from the hotel."

"Going off the Ryan Walker format: Ambiance - had construction going on around the building maybe in near by spaces. Not a bit deal. Youthful staff, they had good energy. 6.5 Room - Real small, as a 6’4 person, your legs will hang off the bed. The shower curtains don’t go down to the floor, so you will have a pool of water outside of the shower. Still clean and has good views of the city. 5.7 Dining - I saw they had a bar but I didn’t partake in it so I won’t review that piece. N/a/10 Service - New York has exceptional customer serious. Staff was amazing and felt like they cared. 9.8/10 It-Factor - there’s nothing to really write about here. I was a 10min walk from Time Square, but that’s about it. The views are good on a higher level like I was. 4/10 26/40 excluding the dining. "
