“Awesome historical inn. The rooms were filled with antiques and the history was wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor, next to the main street, which was pretty loud in our room, though we were so tired each evening, it didn't affect our sleeping. There is only a elevator to the 2nd floor, so you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. We ate at the restaurant both nights, outdoor seating was great, and so was the food! Highly recommend this lovely...

“Following Issues: Ripped Bedding, Musty Air Conditioner, Coffee Maker Broken, Soap Scum in Shower, Empty Tissues, only 1 roll of toilet paper. Poorly Maintained Room (loose floorboards around AC unit), Bathroom door will not close. No fruits or pastries in the Continental Breakfast... Overall condition is poor. ”

“The room was great, the hotel was clean. The only issue take your own towels and quilts! We only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. We all took a shower upon arriving, we went out when we came back we asked for a couple more towels and all they had were two wash cloths they had nothing else. Asked again in the morning when we got up to take showers-still nothing. Also asked for another quilt we were cold and were told they had none. They really need to invest in more towels, bed quilts and wash...

“There was construction going on and we knew it and the staff was very friendly and very accommodating The place was clean, friendly, shopping center movie theaters and restaurants all within walking distance”

“Everything worked but the conditions of the room and property were in disarray. Toilet seat crooked. Lights that weren’t plugged in because they couldn’t reach outlets. Transition strips with the nails protruding. ”

“We stayed here, after the NASCAR Truck race, at Bristol. It is a dog-friendly hotel, which I appreciate. I saw a few canine friends during check-in. My wife found a pair of socks, under the bed, when we first walked in (a quick look around by the staff would help). The room and bathroom were spacious, to me, but feel the price point was too high. I stayed here because of previous reviews.”

“The only issue we had was a shower head that was crusted with hard limestone water. Management replaced the shower head and fixed it, took about an hour. Management apologized for the inconvenience. The ice machine area was very wet but manageable. Maybe ice was spilled, I’m not sure. Otherwise a very clean and nice room. Outside windows need cleaning though. ”

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...
