“Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!”

“The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. ”

“Humidity was so high in room my clothes the sheets and even things I put in safe were soaked. They moved me to another room which was under original and sane problem. I gave up. Obviously problem with dehumidifier. Also no AC in gym. Black mold problem in gym was so bad gym stunk and could smell from outside building. Toilet did not work Had to request multiple times to get room cleaned. Coffee in room but no coffee maker”

“The private beach is the best part. The room could have been cleaner. They hold $300 and you can use it towards dining and the rest will be returned to you. The rooms can be adjoining but the deadbolts are locked. If you aren’t comfortable with that I suggest bringing a lock to go in the door or a retractable bar to go under the doorknob.”

“This hotel was absolutely terrible. The conditions sucked; we had barely any water the whole stay and we were woken up by a “false alarm” fire alarm 2 nights out the 3 we were there. The hotel smelled horrible throughout the hallways, and there were roaches near the vending machines that didn’t even have water in them. The rooms were clean though, and the only reason you might want to stay here is for the free Atlantis passes. However, it isn’t worth it at all. Next time, I will be staying at...

“This boutique hotel is very charming, beautiful, and well-kept. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the property itself is lovely. However, the check-in experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we waited at the gate for a long time with no assistance. One of the entrance gates doesn’t work, and if it hadn’t been for a kind person driving by who stopped to tell us to use the other entrance, we would have had no idea what to do. “We enjoyed the location which was away from the large, commercial, stereotype complexes that try to keep you in their “hotel bubble.” This is a small and quiet place that offers tranquility. It has a charming beach front with trees. You are away from the congested traffic, 11 minutes south from the airport and close to other beaches in the area.
