10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very clean, well kept and what felt newly remodeled. All the staff was excellent, the only one thing was there seemed to be some confusion regarding connecting to the restaurant and/ versus what was on their website (event closure, outdated restaurant website, so it was a little bit of juggle) - however the food was REALLY really good - so worth the confusion. I felt that the guys at the entrance of the hotel, whether it was the valet, bellhop or even security, they were so professional, attentive and greeted us whenever the opportunity arose - they were literally the first face you see and greet - this was a big plus in my book! The other big plus is one of the staff managers, personally came up to us and acknowledge that she was very aware of how long we waited for our room (we were trying to get an early check-in). She went out of her way to make up for it (I'm not telling you guys how - but there was food involved) even though she did not have to as we got checked in at the proper check in time. This again was a major plus - just the acknowledgement alone. Over-all A++ Best, Raul and Chris"
