"My sister and I went on a trip to Chicago for 3 days. Our stay was quite nice. Everythin went as planned. The price of the room with all the extras was exceptional. We are treated to a beautiful breakfast every morning. Each of us got a free drink each night and we got a dinner credit for each night. We went to the Sky lounge which is just lovely and had our drinks and some really good bar food. The bartender Cade was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time. Our was a little worn and dated, but it was comfortable and clean and quiet..,"

"Location couldn’t have been better. Heart of downtown. Front desk receptionist very helpful and kept our luggage until check-in. Have a nice coffee machine with free drinks on the second floor. However, found random hairs and hairpin in bathroom. Room is very basic and on the small side. Beds were comfortable. All in all I liked the hotel, more for the location than the accommodations."

"Room smelled so clean and fresh! Our room size was perfect for our stay. Staff was super nice and helped a lot. I did wish a microwave was available in the room. Location was great - nearby stores, cafes and a good bagel spot. Neighborhood was safe and secure. Would recommend the hotel for future stays."

"Godfrey is a beautiful hotel in a great location. I had the deluxe King room that was very spacious and it had an amazing view. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be staying here when I am back in Chicago."
