“We went for the comfort room. It was tiny. Nowhere to hang or layout clothes, not even a chair to put things on. Superficially clean but needed a proper deep clean. Breakfast was fine (good range of cooked options) and location excellent. Certainly not worth the amount we paid for it (over £160). We plan to return to Rye as it is such a beautiful town but we will find somewhere else to stay next time.”

“Very clean and cozy place but if you don’t have a car or a friend who could give you a ride it’s better to use a hotel in the central village. If you drive this is the hotel. Its swimming pool is very nice as well as its garden. ”

Bar og reception er lukket bortset fra søndag formiddag, man må ikke anvende den terrasse de annoncerer, morgen mad indtages i en lille isbar, og ikke på terrassen (bortset fra søndag). Dette er blot et værelse man lejer, det er ikke et reelt hotel. Man kan ringe til et nummer hvis der mangler noget. Vi kom ikke igennem og måtte selv skaffe toiletpapir.
