"We had a lovely stay. Rooms where comfortable, nice breakfast. Francesco was very helpful and attentive. View from our room was amazing, especially on evening with a thunderstorm. "

"Wow! It felt like we had been invited to stay with our favorite relatives. Modern & comfortable accommodations, located at the base of the hill leading up to Assisi. However, the best part was our kind and caring hosts! From greeting us on the driveway to the final goodbye, they were truly amazing! Grazie, until next time! Kevin & Eugenia"

"A one night stay. One of us was allocated a basic room with very old bathroom and shower and the other with a much better appointed room. The hotel is clearly very old and has lots of history. Overall a good stay. "
"Great if you have a car. Easy drive to Assisi. Good breakfast and large rooms and facilities. Indoor pool. Really comfortable. Easy drive to historic Assisi, there are 2 large parking lots with great access. Larger than hotels close "
"The restaurant the room was attached to was good but it seemed like the owner as an afterthought decided to let out rooms. My room was small and shabby. The bathroom was just as tiny. The old satin machine-quilted bedcover had seen better days and its underside had rust stains. The mattress was old and somewhat lumpy. It wouldn’t take much to update the room - a new bed and new sheets and coverlet would work wonders. Staff did their best to be accommodating. The main advantage of this place is how centrally located it is."
