"Excellent location for visiting Hampton Court Palace and free car parking. Fantastic value, food was really tasty, great vegetarian breakfast. Friendly staff, lots of little extras in the rooms like fresh milk, bottled water, sleep mask and ear plugs. Will definitely stay again."

"We had a short buy sweet stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and breakfast was yummy. Plenty of parking too. Only two things to note 1. We could hear the next door room, and movement (footsteps) from the room above us 2. We booked the 'Executive Room, 1 King Bed'. The bed was two mattresses with one mattress cover - not the most comfortable for a couple."

"I am a repeat customer at The Mitre. The hotel has a wonderful "old-world" charm to it, but they’ve balanced it perfectly with the modern amenities you actually need. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. I managed to leave an item in my room after checking out and Sandra was an absolute lifesaver. Even though the hotel was buzzing with the Friday morning guests, she took the time to coordinate getting the item across the city to one of my colleagues, in rush hour during a tube strike. It’s rare to find a team that stays so calm and genuinely helpful when things get busy. It’s a beautiful, special property, and the level of care they show their guests is exactly why I’ll be booking here again. Highly recommended!"
