"Generally good. I paid an extra $5.00 for a "city view" single room. The room staff gave me was on the 3rd floor & didn't really have a view.
Also last year I stayed in a standard single and seemed larger than last night's room.
Staff is very helpful especially helping me with my bicycle. Next year I will demand a larger room that's higher up."
"I loved the location of this hotel. Close to the airport and very convenient one bus trip to SoFi stadium. The room was serene and immaculate and nicely decorated and the air conditioning was arctic, just the way I like it. My only disappointments were that my room was not cleaned during my stay (cleaning less important but fresh towels and face cloth would have been nice and emptying the garbage), the bath tub drained very very slowly, and there is no complimentary breakfast (even continental). This hotel also doesn’t have a pool which is really nice on hot days. I took the free shuttle to the hotel. It would have been nice to have the shuttle schedule provided (and location of pickup at airport) because I could not call or text because I was using an eSIM with data. I liked that I was able to store my luggage on the day that I flew out and the best part of my stay was absolutely the staff. They are very helpful and professional and I felt welcome. I would stay here again."
"Hotel is older and needs an upgrade but it’s also less expensive than nearby hotels like the Westin or Hilton. The location is convenient to the airport but Inglewood is ugly and there are few options for food or entertainment nearby unless McDonalds is your thing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall I think the price was worth the trade offs."
"First time stay here. Great experience. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the cafe is also great. Definitely if I’m back in Burbank I will stay at this hotel again."
"This place was phenomenal. It was a great find. I’m just sorry I wasn’t here long enough to really enjoy all of its amenities but the 80s speakeasy was awesome. The ocean air restaurant and the pool on the second floor was fabulous and the bar on the lobby level with the big screen TV and the ability to have food there was awesome. The room service was quick efficient and the food was good. I have no complaints about this place at all. It is a wonderful place to visit and I have to come again. It also has a 70s bar that’s on the lobby level. It’s right in the part of Koreatown, but in the nicer section and walking to different things was easy their valet and parking was great service was awesome here aesthetically pleasing more than what I imagine for the price. The next time I come to town, I will likely stay here because why would I stay anywhere else?"
