"Buena atencion auque siendo mi cumpleaños, siempre voy en esa fecha, olvidaron completamente este año mi cumpleanos. no esperaba demasiaso pero si como en otros años una tarjeta manuscrita con algun mensaje y alguna pequeña atencion como habia sucedido en viajes anteriores. De alguna manera el ultimo dia la perdona encargada de los clientes del club dea cerco y muy gentilmente se disculpo despues de una pequena charla y al volver a nuestro cuarto alli estaba una lindisima tarjeta con unos bombones equisitos. Muchisimas gracias ! A veces la sensacion es que el Mandarin Orientad de la ciudad de Santiago no reune las expectativas del los clientes que conocemos la calidad de los mismos atraves del mundo. Creo que existen pequeñas cosas que se podrian mejorar. La habitacion en la zona club del hotel es muy agradable con vistas maravillosas sobre la cordillera, el salon àra el desayuno te y aperitivos es excelente con muy buena cualidad de productos y atencion . Seguramente volveremos y le volveremos a dar una nueva oportunidad para el año proximo!"
