"The room was fine for what we needed - a place to stay before an early flight. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer, it was a bit worn, carpet especially and the bed uncomfortable. The “handicap accessible “ (which we didn’t need was not great, no wheelchair would fit with the “closet” and the lack of bathroom counter space was annoying."

"Just a quick overnight stay. The area is pretty noisy, major road just outside and some loud music. Just a shower, but nicely updated bathroom. Breakfast was a mixed bag-no eggs, but did have waffles. Lobby area nicely set up. Interestingly, no smoking hotel, but the hallways smelled STRONGLY of pot in th evening."

"We had a VERY EXCELLENT experience with this hotel. Due to my bad planning, I had asked if we could check in way earlier than we should have been allowed. The staff was VERY understanding and let us check in. This was GREATLY appreciated and helped us have a memorable time. Thank You!!"

"I had booked a room with a king sized bed, and when checking in, they said they did not have anymore rooms with a king sized bed. I ended up receiving a room with two queen sized beds...it was a non-smoking room, but someone definitely had smoked in the room recently because that is all you could smell."

"Staff gave us a nice quiet room .. thanks so much! Breakfast left a lot to be desired. No yogurt variety.. no oatmeal variety.. rolls were dry.. no fruit variety.. no meat or egg variety.. pretty blah.. kids had taken over pool we couldn’t get in.."

"The teenage boys used too many towels and when my granddaughter went to the counter to get 4 towels evidently the lady said what do you need far more f****** towels for? Could that even be true?"

"I booked two rooms for my family and the experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in around 4 PM, left for a few hours to take the kids to a birthday party, came back around 8 PM, and by 10 PM we were already checking out. Both rooms were clearly not cleaned properly. There were leftover items in the refrigerator, hair in the tub, and hair all over the bathroom door like someone had just blow-dried their hair. One of the toilets didn’t even flush. When you’re traveling with kids, basic cleanliness is the bare minimum you expect from a hotel. We barely stayed two hours before deciding it was better to leave than keep our family in rooms that looked like housekeeping skipped them completely. Definitely not the experience I expected when booking two rooms."
