"Hotel is in a great location and they will even provide transportation for you if you’re going to dinner nearby. We’ve stayed in the past and it was great, however, this time I felt like the rooms were really dirty. The first room had bugs in the bathroom and the second room had hair on the bed. The staff was helpful in fixing it but still felt like a very different experience than our previous stay."

"This is an amazing property. The staff are so friendly and helpful, very clean and spacious rooms and nice pool area. Walking distance to old town and if it’s not too hot it could be walking distance to Fashion Mall! We will definitely be returning the next time we are in PHX."

"I enjoyed my stay, very clean, well maintained. Rooms were big and spacious, the square footage was more than enough for 2 of us to spread out comfortably. The sunrise pool is open 24 hours, and the sunset pool till 10pm. Which was a plus after traveling all day to the canyons, because the pools are beautiful and we wanted to enjoy them before we left. You have to pay for the infinity pools though. Ocean Trail creole food was delicious, biscuits so good. Don't bother with the steak house. The aesthetics is there however menu was subpar. I didn't get to get a massage, sorry I missed that. I don't gamble but the casino was always active no matter the what time of day."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! Everything was wonderful from the beautiful property and clean, comfortable rooms to the delicious food and exceptional staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience great. The resort was spotless, the amenities were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We had such a great time and would not hesitate to return. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could give more I would I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more food options for outdoor dining and room service. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a phenomenal stay!"

"The hotel is in old town’s Scottsdale close to shops, museums and restaurants. My room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed, including iron, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, and shampoo, soap, and lotion. The hallways looked worn. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"The property has a great Cuban vibe, subdued bet there if you want to key in on it. It is in a great location. You can tell the property is older, but it has been updated and has a great layout. We took advantage of the morning yoga on the lawn and enjoyed the pool during the day. The bar/lobby is very inviting and has games throughout. We found a nice table, had some drinks, and played some games in the evening. They also had a free shuttle to take you to places around Scottsdale or you could opt for the cute (and free)bicycles and ride around downtown. I would stay here again for sure!"
