“During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. The place really should have a generator in the events of these weather related incidents, we were constantly hot and unable to cool down or really enjoy anything other than a...

“Staff was great!”

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The shower in my room didn't work properly, which was very frustrating. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited—there was only cereal, muffins, a waffle maker, and a refrigerator with a jug of milk that didn't look very clean. I ended up skipping breakfast and going across the street to McDonald's instead. The location was convenient, but the room condition and breakfast quality did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again.”

“The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark.”

“The staff greeted me upon entrance, and checked me in earlier. The Bartender Alexis was very nice and attentive.”

“I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation.”

“Was a very average hotel. Kind of Musty, and the bathroom didn’t have soap. I called down to ask, and no one brought it up the entire night. The room was large, but the bathroom was pretty dirty. Not worth the nearly $300 I spent.”

“Not the staffs fault but the power was out the whole time, the water was cold, and there was no a/c. I understand there was a storm but every hotel nearby had power which i’m guessing is because of a generator. Also the fire alarm went off every night which was horrible and caused disturbance.”

“Bugs in the bathroom and inside the mini refrigerator though only had to stay for one night. But still $200 for that was absurd even if the booking was so last second. I wish I took pictures of it all but sadly didn’t”

“It was good, but the only problem was there was no free wifi in room. If you want to use free wifi you have to go to the lobby downstairs. Except that It was good hotel.”

“낡은 건물이었고 문 앞에는 항상 노숙자가 있어서 그리 유쾌하지는 않았는데, 취사 시설이 갖춰져 있고 아주 간단하지만 아침식사도 제공을 해 줘서 그런대로 머물만 했습니다. 근처에 코스트코, 타겟, 월마트, 베스트바이 등 대형 쇼핑몰이 모여 있는 것은 큰 장점입니다. 시카고 시내는 너무 비싸서 좀 떨어진 곳에 묵었는데, 가성비 안 따지는 분은 시내로 가시는 게 좋겠습니다. 한 달 이상 오래 머무는 손님이 많은 것 같습니다.”
