“Rigtig dejligt ophold, en skjult perle midt ude i skoven. Restauranten laver dejlig mad både morgen, middag og aften. ”

“Alles vom feinsten”

“The most amazing place, spacious villa, all wood with carvings. Plantation with many different trees and plants. So quiet. Pool area so beautiful with nice furniture. The whole place is out of this world and the people are so nice and helpfull.”

“For the price was good, and staff was accommodating and if course friendly and breakfast was tasty. Slow season so. Was just a little neglected ”

“Excelente lugar”

“Truly the Bali I came to see! Far from the hustle and bustle, nestled in lush forest, framed by village rice paddies and coffee farms. Highlights were the trek in the dense rainforest of Mt Batukaru and the warm welcome of village life in Karya Sari. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“Super good. Peaceful envirement and clean and nice facility”

We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We actually went there to look for a potential wedding venue, the people we were supposed...

The owner is a weird man that will try to charge you extra for everything. I asked for a pool towel and he told me it would be a $3 charge per day to use a pool towel!! The sheets had hair on them. And no cover for the blanket. You're just supposed to sleep with the same bare blanket that the rest of the previous guests slept with. The shower...

“A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...
