From the time we checked in until the day we left, we were greeted by name, with professionalism, kindness and with genuine warm smiles. The staff really raised the bar at this hotel. "I loved the size of the residency. My favourites were the pool, sauna and ice bath! The staff were really nice and I loved hanging out in their main reception where they served delicious food and drinks. :) If you get time, get a massage - it will worth it!"

"A little hard to find but really nice. We enjoyed the stay. So easy to communicate with the manager. It was easy to get grab food to this villa. We were pretty close to a lot off good stuff. It was really nice. Bathroom stinks a little at first but after letting water run it was fine. No on suit bathrooms but that wasn't a big deal. Wifi was decent for basic stuff. Highly recommend. Great place to chill. Not near the ocean but wasn't a big deal. "

"Ich will nicht wissen, was in der Bettdecke alles drin gehangen ist... Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. "
