"We loved our stay at zin Canggu! The staff are so responsive and helpful, and made our stay feel so welcome and comfortable. The amenities are so good with many pools and restaurants to choose from, with close proximity to the beach. We stayed in the bamboo room and the design and layout was so thoughtful and nice, made us feel like we were staying in a really nice “jungle” nature vibe. Would definitely be back here again next time we visit Canggu!"

"We had a great experience at Ametis. Our experience included shuttle pick-up and drop-off which make transportation easy. The room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, it was truly picturesque like from a movie. The villa was very spacious. Additionally, our butler, Wika was wonderful and attentive to all of our needs. A few off our days started off super early and Wika still greeted us with our request coffee and pastries. The trip was for a birthday celebration and Wika delivered by have a beautiful flower display in the room to celebrate the birthday. We’d highly recommend this location to stay in while in Bali."

"My stay was pleasant, the gym and amenities were great and breakfast was lovely. However service on the 1st day wasn’t great (slow, got my drink order wrong then slow to bring another, ordered food, but it never arrived), but the other days it was good. All staff I encountered were polite, smiley and warm which is great. The room needs some love however, there was a slight smell of damp (I think it’s from the fabric headboard) which was off-putting and small things were needed, like the bathroom needs a deep clean and regrouting. I also had no hot water for the first two days. I would say again, but hope there’s more focus on maintenance in the rooms."

"The staff were friendly helpful the hotel is quiet considering it’s opposite a pub. The rooms were big and clean, there were afew large ants in bathroom every night and even in the toilet. The pool was Not big but enough to keep u cool the decking was very rough ave breaking on the ends and sharp, this definitely needs to be redone . There is no toiletries not even soap to wash hands which is a necessity since Covid should be washing your hands lucky I bought my own dettol soap. The room is very light at night which makes it hard to sleep there was no light switch in room to turn off outside light had to keep ringing for them to turn off. Aside from that I thought the hotel was ok and sufficient for afew days."

"A well presented hotel/apartment complex located a very short walk to the beach and just off the main road with all of the bars, restaurants and shops. Despite the proximity to the busy road, the place is very quiet - set sufficiently back to be peaceful. The pools are nice but small. Staff are great. Privacy is a difficult to find in the rooms nearest the bar (balcony and room is overlooked by the bar/cafe)."
