Romantic Hotels in Bali

This place was impeccably clean and we'll kept. The pools were amazing and the staff was very friendly and professional. I did not eat at the restaurant so I can't vouge for that.

This spot was absolutely stunning for our stagecoach stay. They gave us breakfast in a cute little cooler each morning. It was quiet & relaxing… during the festival season it’s exactly what you’re after when you want down time.

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. This is a beautiful hotel with welcoming staff and just outside the bustle of Ubud center. Wonderful spa and decor. Would stay here again.

During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! The free breakfast is great over looking the jungle the view is magical ! If you want to experience UBUD Ayung resort is a must ! Thank you to all the staff from Damian and Sonia

Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

The hotel and grounds were very well maintained. The plants, trees and landscape were beautiful. The hotel was spotless and smelled Amazing. The staff was excellent. Superb hotel and accommodations.

The hospitality at maya ubud is unmatched from all previous experiences at other hotels. If staying in ubud, this resort is the place to be. Also, I huge shoutout to one of the workers ganggawir, he was exceptional and made sure everything went well for me and the wife during are stay. He went above and beyond with every little thing when caring for us. Thank you ganggar and maya ubud!

I stand firmly behind my five stars - this hotel definitely earned them on service alone. The staff memorize your name - not just a few, lots of them remember who you are! Bali with its congestion and litter isn't really all a paradise. The moment you walk into the Trans hotel that changes. This hotel really seems to "get" the customer service/satisfaction piece. Every (and I mean every) person that we encountered over our stay was gracious, helpful and genuinely happy.
