"First time staying at the Conrad and definitely won’t be the last. They set the bar high. All of the staff from the grounds men and gardeners, cleaners, concierge, bar staff were so so friendly and helpful. Service was like nothing I have EVER experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond. Excellent hotel. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here!"

"We arrived late and was welcomed with fresh beverage The grounds looked as beautiful at night as it does during the day The grounds are kept very clean The room was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids We had an ocean view room with a balcony which we loved The breakfast buffet was great and the pool a lovely. Staff always had a smile on their face. Worth every penny and would definitely go back - tip Bali collection is opposite the lobby, the first day maps took us around the world to get there"

"Everything was great. If you’re looking for a traditional Bali experience I recommend going to another area. It is a five star experience nothing is missing it’s just a generic holiday resort. It was a beautiful place though and the beach was clean."

"The staff are amazing, super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The buffet breakfast is awesome with heaps of variety, something for everyone. Highlight for us is the gym and the beach front pool. There is also a number of good restaurants nearby and a mini mart for convenience. I would highly recommend staying here, it is truly value for money."
