"Second visit. Unlike last time, the staff who assisted us with check-in — especially the male staff — were much more friendly and helpful. However, when we were leaving after check-out, the experience was the opposite. Even though we had three pieces of luggage, no one offered to help move any of them, so I had to carry them myself. I am also unsure what the female staff in front of the lobby were doing, other than opening the taxi door. As for the room, I brought my own shower filter and had to replace it three times during the stay."
