“Excellent. I wanted to lodge more if I had more time and money:) Room was clean and bathroom was very neat. Facilities seemed quite new, and breakfast was good. It was a little apart from cleveland, but not too far. I would book this hotel again if I get chance to visit cleveland again.”
“This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”

Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.

“매일 하우스 키핑을 해주지 않아 매번 수건을 요청하러 가야하고 수건 빨래 상태도 좋지 않았어요 그리고 방에 벌레가 많고 화장실의 커텐은 교체 하지 않은듯 보였어요. 방 전체가 습하고 환기도 되지 않고 바닥 청소도 하지 않앗는지 되게 더러웠어요 그리고 방에는 전자렌지 냉장고 헤어드라이기 등 아무것도 없으니 알고가세요 다음에는 절대 가지 않을겁니다”
"It is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. "
