โI love this hotel, this is my third stay, first time with the family.
The hotel overall is gorgeous in beautiful surroundings.
The restaurant was lovely as was the food and the cocktails and the service was impeccable.
The room was a family room and was huge! No falling over each other loads of space, plus an added touch the fan was already running when we got there as it was a warm day, thank you.
Tiny issue with team doors banging in the morning (not unreasonable time but nonetheless) but this...
โThere are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel and its incredible grounds!
The food was Excellent - better than the Michelin * restuarants I have been to recently in London and Venice. The grounds are spectacular - all 66 acres of them and its worth visiting just for this alone.
The bedrooms are very nice and confortable. We had an Orangery suite which has Aircon. The Main house rooms do not.
The staff were superb! Expecially compared to some other much more expensive hotels...
โThe room is well-decorated. And the host is kind.
But the room was little noisy. My room was outdoor A/C unit view. I was surrounded by them. So that machines made a lot of noise.
There is no E/V.... and the stairs ate complicated. If you have big luggage, you should think again to stay here.
And one more thing, bathroom floor was not clean and was slippery though I didn't spoiled anything.โ
โ Very nice and comfortable room. Modern decor, all areas look well maintained. Beautiful accessible outdoor garden space. Nice gym and spa areas.
Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming.โ
"The room was large and the interior was pleasant. It was close to Heathrow Airport. However, the unfortunate thing was that the smell of e-cigarettes didn't go out because of the lack of indoor ventilation, and there was a moth in the room.I'm really flabbergasted. There were three of them"
