“nice clean hotel nice staff good food”

“The staff were lovely and we had a great welcome. The club room was small and smelt musty. We put on the heating as the room was freezing when we arrived, it then got too hot, opened window to find thick black mildew. Pillows are hard. Swimming pool tiny and chaotic It's such a pity, as we normally really enjoy village hotels”

“My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!”

“Beautiful property, wonderful staff and food, lots of goodies included in your stay even with the lowest room fare.”

“Clean, staff great, breakfasts a great choice”

“숙소가 크고 쾌적함. 2베드로 4인 가족 편안히 숙박, 주차장도 무료라 렌트카 여행시 편리함”

“We would stay here again. Very comfortable staff was so nice and friendly resturant is wonderful fish and chips were amazing.”

“Excellent stay!!”

“Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Best room is adequate but as the name suggests, very small. Spa is smaller than it looks in photos.”

“Very pleasant staff and kind. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything outside your room. It was super hot in the room. Restaurant next door was fantastic.”

“Tout simplement magnifique. La campagne près de Londres. Les jardins, le service, la nourriture tout est impeccable.”

“Staff”

“Heavy rain caused a leak in the gents onto the floor which the staff seemed to ignore, just putting a yellow wet floor sign outside the toilet door. The floor was very slippy and dangerous. Should have had a mop and bucket there.”
