The staff are amazing, very kind & so helpful. I would like to thank each staff member, with special mention to the following: Allysha? (Reception), Ismail, Iwan, Sakthi, Nazri & of course Adam (concierge) these men are so helpful & polite, they remember your room number, organise buckets of ice & help with directions etc. Lastly, the lovely lady that helps at breakfast, organising my cheese omelettes, she was a gem - I wish I knew her name.
