"The staff was very accommodating in our room change request. Service was very personal and prompt. They were also flexible in offering us replacement for breakfast as they did not provide the service on our day of stay. "

"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."

The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect.
