“Would have given it a perfect 5-star rating had it not been for the slightly musty smell in the room. Otherwise it was fantastic.”

“We booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation. Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on …....

“I stayed here for my CIM audition and had a wonderful experience. The room design and cleanliness were excellent, and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.”

“Is as advertised. A good and convenient spot to escape to. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were nice. Beats a regular hotel any day of the week. Good neighborhood. Somewhat noisy at night and early morning. It’s surrounded on all sides by the city life and businesses next to you are opening up while you’re sleeping at 7am. So don’t count on sleeping in if city life noise is an issue. This is smack in the middle of Covington by the way. And if you’ve never been here that’s worth noting....

“Nice hotel in a central location. Parking (valet) is $50/day with in and out privileges. On the day I left, instead of pulling into one of the spaces open at the curb, the valet opted instead to throw on my car’s hazards in the middle of 4th Street, backing up traffic. He also failed to put my car into park before he got out so it started drifting away. When people on the sidewalk (including me) started yelling, he jumped back in and managed to put it in park, still blocking the street but at...
