“Bankes arms!! First of all, I am not good at English, so I am not sure if the meaning will be conveyed well. Because of the connection with other itineraries, I could only plan the itinerary for one night at corfe castle, but it gave me regret that I was only just able to stay for one night. If I stayed for 2-3 nights, I would have added to the flavor of the trip by drinking beer or tea in the garden while looking at the wonderful view, steam train, and castle. “Wingrove House is a welcoming small hotel in the heart of the historic village of Alfriston, just off the South Downs Way. It has been sympathetically restored to make it a comfortable, modern hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spotless. There is a comfortable lounge and I enjoyed sitting there with a book in the evening. Breakfast was also delicious and the restaurante service was great.”
