"This hotel has gone downhill since the first time we stayed. They removed the treat jars from the elevators; the dog park is a disaster. They never have waste bags filled in the dispensers any time we have stayed. The gate on the opposite side of the park is completely off its hinges and was just lying on the ground. The whole point of a dog park is so dogs can't get out but with no gate they can get out. Not safe as an advertised dog park. The amenities for dogs are advertised as one thing on the site but then something different when you get there. There are not bowls in the rooms, so you have to ask for them. When we go to the front desk it's never the same person just somebody covering for the regular person. They can't answer any questions, or they don't know where something is like dog bowls. For the price not sure it's worth it anymore."
