"The room we had had problems. Not real serious but irritating. The knob to control the refrigerator was missing. The toilet paper roller was missing. There were some black spots in the bathtub. There was no stand to place suit case."
"Room 1003 experienced a ceiling collapse over the shower area during my stay. I reported it at checkout and was told a manager would contact me. I followed up by email and never received a response. I also inquired about a pillow left behind and received no reply. Disappointing follow-through on what should have been a straightforward customer service issue."
"We had a great short stay. Clean room, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, and a great shower. The only improvement I would add would be the check in process. I was literally just handed my keys and told have a nice stay. No info regarding the check out how or time, the breakfast offered, nothing about the cafe, it was odd but we figured it out. It’s a great eclectic stay but they could improve communication a bit. It would not deter me from staying again. Great location."
