"Make sure you call the hotel so they know to pick you up. Call while inside the terminal at baggage claim so you can hear. Traffic is horrible at FLL, I waited 40 minutes after calling to be picked up. But the airport AND cruise port shuttle is free ."

"We like Embassy Suites. When a lot of people are checking in and the line is wrapped around the column, then wouldn’t it be better to put extra people behind the desk? It was nice to have our room ready. We think the snacks are basic for happy hour. I never saw very many people eating those veggies!! We think the breakfast is a little above basic because you offer the made-to-order eggs. The muffins were cold and the yogurt was not very cold. Having all those juices is a plus and the coffee is good. The lady in the shop offering all sorts of things was very helpful and friendly! Suggestion-replace those LOW toilets; most of us aren’t kids! Having a menu on the TV is also a big help."

"The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival by arranging an early check-in and consistently addressed any concerns I raised in a timely and professional manner. Their hospitality and dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made my experience memorable. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail, including ensuring that my room was cleaned promptly without me ever having to call and request housekeeping services. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their outstanding service is one of the main reasons I have returned twice since my initial visit, and I certainly intend to continue being a repeat guest. The team deserves recognition for their exceptional hospitality and commitment to making guests feel valued and well taken care of. 👏"
