"Had a nice stay with a gorgeous view of the Thames River, Parliament and Big Ben. Room was spacious and clean. An excellent touch of a chilled bottle of Prosecco and fruit upon arrival. Nespresso and tea fully stocked and very comfortable beds. A little further away from the hustle and bustle, which can be seen as a positive or negative. Nice and clean area. About a 20-25 minute walk along the River to Westminster bridge. "

"We had a junior suite for a midweek break with our 8 year old granddaughter. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable, just what we needed to have a relaxing time after sightseeing and shopping during our days there. Room service evening meals were excellent in content and value and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We will definitely book again."

"This hotel went above and beyond for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I couldn’t fault the staff at all they were all extremely polite and friendly to me and my daughter. They all greeted you with a smile and were all helpful. I will definitely be returning for my other daughter’s birthday and I will now always stay here when I need to be in London. We loved the gym, spa, pool, and the food—everything exceeded expectations. The staff were outstanding—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and walkable to so much of the city. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! "
