“Great hotel in a fab location east to walk to Wimbledon and train stations. Nice little restaurants near and the food in the hotel was lovely too. Would come again.

“2년전 숙박했었던 곳이라 별 고민없이 선택했습니다. 하지만 호텔스닷컴에서 제공하는 정보와 다른 점이 있어서 무척 당황스럽고 불편했죠. 더블룸을 택했고 객실내정보에 욕실이 있었는데 가보니 그런룸은없었고 공용룸이었습니다. 잘못된 정보로 인해 손해를 본 것 같인 경위를 알고싶군요.”
“유럽 호텔들은 무척 작지만 여긴 런던 도심을 벗어나서 그런지 방은 넓은 편이네요.(물론 동남아 호텔보단 작지만) 아침식사 포함이 아니어서 따로 지불했지만 그래도 아침은 먹을만 했고요. 식당 직원이 부지런히 다니며 세팅하고 계란을 스크램블러 먹을지 다른걸로 먹을지 물어보고 갖다주고 아침은 여유 있게 먹었습니다. 엘리베이터는 무척 작아서 큰 캐리어는 한사람만 겨우 들어가더군요. 그나마 얼마전에 주인이 바뀌면서 내부를 수리해서 방이나 욕실이 낡았다는 느낌은 들지는 않았고요. 저처럼 윔블던에 있어야 할 사람이라면 괜찮은 호텔 같네요. 지하철을 이용하지는 않았지만, 윔블던역과 사우스 윔블던 사이로 기억합니다.”
"Booked that place to see the city view but it was a construction view right in front of the hotel. Felt uncomfortable to look at men working on the construction every morning.
(It would have been nice if they told us at least on the desk when we check in)
Checked in. Our lock was broken, our phone was broken as well. Had to move another room.

There was no lobby space for the hotel guests
Always cafe customers who booked for the table in advance for the restaurant or cafe. No table at least not a single chair for the hotel guest. Really unpleasant experience.
We booked 2 hotels in our London trip each hotel for 5 days.
One was just magical, one was unpleasant the whole time"
