"Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very nice and in good condition. The aircon/heater was noisy and hard to operate. Breakfast was plentiful and great for a ski day. The free ski shuttle was right in front of the hotel. Easy to walk to town. "

"We had a fantastic stay in Banff and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. They went out of their way to be accommodating and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout our stay. The location is excellent, everything is close by and very convenient, which made getting around effortless. Parking was easy, safe, and hassle free, which is a big plus in a busy area like Banff. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and highly enjoyable stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Surpassed expectation! The room was modern (great shower!) but maintained classic cabin charm. The wood fire place was an unexpected and lovely surprise! Perfect outdoor hot tub, lots of other amenities. Will be back for sure! "
